The Pinot Noir grapes are picked in the first days of August to minimize their maceration. Pressed and fermented in stainless steel, at a low temperature, these result in a Sparkling Rosé Wine that is kept in a bottle for aging for two years. After this period it is ready to be consumed.
Pale pink hue.
Fine and light aroma.
Pleasant, complete, with a balanced finish.
Drink as an aperitif at any time of the day, with all kinds of food because it has a body that can withstand more spicy dishes.
